국제한국어통번역학회는 외국인 한국어 통번역사를 위한 연구 활동과 교육 활동을 목적으로 합니다. 그리고 한국어교육과 한국어 통번역학을 기반으로 해외 한국어교육 및 통번역 연구자와 현장의 통번역사를 회원으로 두고 있습니다. KIT was established to conduct research and run educational programs to nurture aspiring interpreters and translators working with Korean as a non-mother tongue. With the groundwork laid in translation and interpreting studies, our members include researchers in translation studies at overseas Korean-language institutes and practicing translators-interpreters in the field.
